Description

Pomegranate oil is a vegetable oil that has the same base as seed oil, i.e. sunflower and corn. These vegetable oils are added to others such as peanut to increase the level of oleic acid and turn it into a more consistent oil. By having a high level of oleic acid (it achieves yields similar to those of olive oil ' olive) is highly recommended for frying and also for making sauces.
