This Cava was presented in 1984 in honor of DS. Teresa Blancher Solanes (1917-1984). Teresa Blancher Solanes was co-founder and president of our wineries for more than 20 years. His affection for the wines of Catalonia led us to create this cava so select that it is only made in the best vintages from musts flor.

Tasting Note

View: Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubble with good formation of the rosary.

Nose: The nose is fine, with definite aromas of aging, toasted bread with notes of dried fruit and a final touch of bitter almond.

Palate: In the mouth it is fresh and balanced with a long persistence.

"Control the grapes from the vineyard to be able to guarantee the highest quality", with this motto of our founder Antoni Capdevila Pujol we have worked all generations of Caves Blancher. The control of the vineyard is essential for us, as this way we can certify the quality and evolution of the grapes. This is the main reason that has made us bet on controlling the entire process of the vineyard. We vinify the plots (terrois) separately, carrying out a good traceability of the product. For many years, more than 90% of our harvest has come from the same vines, in order to guarantee the quality and taste of our products. All the grapes used to make Blancher wines and cavas have been pressed and fermented in our cellar, located in the center of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, equipped with facilities with the latest production techniques generation
