This Cava was presented in 1984 in honor of DS. Teresa Blancher Solanes (1917-1984). Teresa Blancher Solanes was co-founder and president of our wineries for more than 20 years. His affection for the wines of Catalonia led us to create this cava so select that it is only made in the best vintages from musts flor.
Elaboration
Exclusive Cava. Made with a careful selection of our best old vines. Made in the best vintages from Macabeu, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Pansa Blanca must. Cold maceration of the skins for a certain time to extract the aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel and subsequently in contact with its fine lees. Aging more than 40 months in bottle at 18 meters underground in optimal conditions. Clarified by hand on desks.
It is a cava that represents a commitment to elegance and finesse. It is exclusive.
Tasting Note
View: Pale yellow color with golden reflections. Fine and persistent bubble with good formation of the rosary.
Nose: The nose is fine, with definite aromas of aging, toasted bread with notes of dried fruit and a final touch of bitter almond.
Palate: In the mouth it is fresh and balanced with a long persistence.
