The Mestres Cervesers de Damm together with the Gluten Unit of the CSIC (Senior Council for Scientific Research) were pioneers in developing a beer suitable for celiacs with all the flavor. We can define Daura as the flavor of "the beer of old", since it is made with its main ingredient: barley malt.

Daura Damm was launched in 2006. Since then it has received numerous awards from prestigious international competitions, being recognized as the best gluten-free beer.
