Description
Cava Brut Clàssic “Vallformosa” light straw color with greenish nuances. The resulting bubble is cheerful and lively. Its aroma is a mixture of fruit (apple) and fermentation (apricot and toasted notes). In the mouth it is harmonious and appetizing, with a slight hint of acidity. Round and elegant with a classic finish with a fruity character.

ELABORATION
Traditional Method. Rearing for 12 months on their mothers.
VIEW
Pale yellow color with greenish reflections.
SMELL
Good aromatic intensity. Fruity aromas (green apple and fresh herbs such as fennel) combined with notes of white flowers and citrus.
PALATE
In the mouth it is very pleasant, fresh, tasty, with a good carbonic sensation and good persistence giving a very long finish.
GASTRONOMY
Recommended to drink alone at any time, as an aperitif or with all kinds of meals. Serve at 5-6ºC.
