El Masove Blanca Sausage produced in Catalonia entirely by hand and following the traditional Catalan recipe.
The White Sausage is a traditional sausage from the Empordà.
It is a very energetic food, rich in proteins of high biological value and group B vitamins. Also an excellent source of vitamin B12 and iron. Within a varied and balanced diet its occasional consumption is fully advised.
