We bought the freshest vegetables, meat and fish from the market every day. We select them, wash them carefully with cold water and cut them. We didn't make any recipes with ingredients you can't find in a market or in your home. The ingredients we use are the same as the ingredients in traditional recipes. They do not contain milk or any milk derivative because no flavor or additive is added. Our wines do not contain gluten because we do not add any ingredients that contain wheat, rye, barley, oats, or additives or maltodextrins. They do not contain egg or egg derivatives because we do not add any additives.
