In this corner of Bohemia, the hop harvest is an eminent tradition that goes back 1000 years. A tradition that has allowed the spirit of "Saaz hops" to be protected and kept unchanged. This rigorous control dates back to the 14th century, when Emperor Charles IV recognized its exemplary category and banned all cultivation outside the motherland. Today and since 1884, the Hop Grading Barn guarantees its origin.
