Description

Returnable 4 L bottle of white wine. Pickled white wine that is commonly called "Grandfather's wine", due to the tradition that in the past many people had to add dried figs to it at the time of fermentation. This 13º white wine, which had a more yellowish color, becomes a darker color, approaching brown/ochre. As a 13º wine has more body than an 11º wine, the sweetness of the fig is not as noticeable and the result is a drier and more tart wine. Very special and demanding wine, which fills the mouth a lot and looks like a white wine with a hint of mixed stale wine.
