Description
Mascaró brandy is a signature product where a family winemaker controls the entire production process, from the vine to the bottle.
Since 1946, the MASCARÓ family has taken care to control the quality of its products throughout the production process, from the vine to the bottle. It is for this reason that we make wines specially designed for distillation.
In our distillery located in Vilafranca de Penedès, we distill wines made with the varieties typical of our area using the Double Distillation Method. The wine distillate is named after Holland.
The wines of different varieties are distilled separately, and also aged separately in 300 liter French oak barrels.
Then the master distiller mixes the different types of Hollands, which will make possible the creation of this very personal brandy.
TASTE
Amber color with golden hues.
Intense aromas with a predominance of aging notes (cocoa and candied fruit) on the clean distillate background.
In the mouth it is tasty, firm and dry, with good balance and persistence.
SERVICE
Between 16 and 18ºC
CONSUMPTION
Excellent combination with coffee, both at room temperature and with an ice cube.
