Teresa Blancher Solanes (1917-1984). Teresa Blancher Solanes was co-founder and president of our wineries for more than 20 years. His affection for the wines of Catalonia led us to create this cava so select that it is only made in the best vintages from musts flor.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboration<\/strong><br \/>\nExclusive Cava. Made with a careful selection of our best old vines. Made in the best vintages from Macabeu, Xarel\u00b7lo, Parellada and Pansa Blanca must. Cold maceration of the skins for a certain time to extract the aromas. Fermentation in stainless steel and subsequently in contact with its fine lees. It is exclusive.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tasting Note<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>View:<\/strong> Pale yellow color with golden reflections.
