Patxaran Etxeco is the result of maceration of spiders with alcohol. Most of our cranberries come from Navarrese plantations directly controlled by the Regulatory Council of Patxaran Navarro. The alcohol comes from the best quality beet molasses.<\/p>\n
From the maceration, which will last approximately 2 months depending on the evolution of the bluish fruit with the alcohol in both color and taste, sugar and anise are added.<\/p>\n
The resulting mixture is filtered up to 5 times to separate impurities and obtain a homogeneous mixture to the consumer's taste.<\/p>\n
This pacharan is made by adding the components based on the traditional recipe of the Belasco Family.<\/p>\n
ALCOHOL GRADUATION TASTE<\/strong><\/p>\n COLOR: It has an intense red color with slight shingle tones.
