Oil made with refined olive oil and extra virgin olive oil. Refined olive oil is obtained from the refining of virgin olive oils that do not reach the appropriate quality level to be considered valid for marketing as virgin or extra virgin olive oils. Extra virgin olive oil is added to give body to the resulting oil, both in terms of taste and aroma. With a certain quality of extra virgin, around 40%, we obtain the olive oil with a fruity taste, a very balanced oil, composed entirely of first ingredients and valid for any use.
