Bodega Robles
The Robles family has been making wine in Montilla since 1927. At the end of the nineties, the third generation took over the winery and understood the need to incorporate organic viticulture and work with indigenous yeasts into the tradition of the winery. At first glance, the vineyards of Bodegues Robles have the air of a wild and romantic garden, invaded by a layer of trebolins, poppies, clover and wildflowers, the buzz of bees and other insects. However, there is nothing accidental in the vineyard: it is the result of years of research in which the winery maintains a permanent dialogue with the University and several national and international research centers.
