High layer wine, bright and with a clean background. The nose presents toasted notes with spicy undertones. Fruity and woody aromas reminiscent of ripe blackberries mixed with raspberries and blueberries. Moderate acidity, round and well-structured wine on sweet and velvety tannins that make it smooth and elegant and long. Pleasant in the mouth, balsamic, persistent and of high quality. It goes perfectly with processed and cured products, red meat, game, various stews, Iberian sausages and cured cheeses. Grenache, Samsó and Cabernet Sauvignon varieties. Alcoholic strength 13.5º.
