Aigua Sant Aniol comes from a spring more than 40,000 years old, in the Garrotxa volcanic area. More than 115 meters deep, the Sant Aniol spring is found. A slope nestled in a place of sedimented lava and volcanic rock, which makes Sant Aniol water of great purity and excellent qualities.

Filtering over thousands of years through the volcanic rocks of La Garrotxa Natural Park, Sant Aniol water is the only one of volcanic origin found on the peninsula. Its composition is rich in minerals.
