It is an exceptional privilege to cultivate the fields of the Delta de l'Ebre Natural Park, a protected space where you can breathe the rice essence of years and years of tradition. Its extension of almost 22,000 hectares makes it possible to collect 120 million kilos of husked rice that will eventually become 70 million kilos of the white rice most appreciated by consumers and of the Bahia and Bomba varieties. A place where, in April, time seems to stand still every time the water floods the crop fields again until planting begins. A party of colors and sparkles that culminates in mid-September giving way to the great collection party.
