Soberano is a spirit drink from solera and the number 1 in sales of "Brandy de Jerez" of Spain Sobirà is aged in American oak barrels. As with his Jerez wine, González Byass uses the Solera system for his brandy. After each bottling, new liquor is added to the barrels to ensure they are always full.
